Crucial Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Respond instantly to online chat inquiries, providing accurate information about our real estate services, listings, and other affiliated matters.
- Problem-solving: Address client issues and resolve them efficiently or escalate them to the applicable team member if necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our real estate services and properties to offer helpful information to guests.
- Data Entry: Directly record chat interactions and maintain proper records of client correspondences.
- Collaboration: Work with other team members to ensure harmonious messaging and client service quality.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Former experience in client service, call center, or online chat support is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with online chat platforms and client relationship management (CRM) software.
- Client-focused: A positive and compassionate approach to client service.
- Team Player: Capability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Compensation: $16.25 to $21 per hour
